What is a Just Because Box?

This subscription service delivers handmade bath, body and home products to your door every month. Just because box subscribers will receive a hand-picked assortment of 3-4 full-sized products. Each box will include a product for the body, a product for the bath and a product for the home. Products will vary from body butters, body scrubs, body oils, bath salts, bath bombs, body washes, candles, candles melts and rooms sprays. All products are handmade in small batches and are free of chemicals and other harmful ingredients. 

How much does it cost?

A monthly Just Because Box subscription is $36.95 plus shipping. Please note that sales tax will be charged for orders placed with a shipping address in a state in which we operate. Currently, sales tax will be charged for orders shipping to Texas.

How does billing work?

Upon subscribing, you will be charged immediately for your first box. After your first box has shipped, you’ll begin with our regular billing cycle.

For the Just Because monthly subscription, we bill regularly on the 1st and ship around the 25th of each month. You will always receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number so that you may follow your box’s progress.

I just subscribed, when will I receive my first box?

If you subscribe before the 22nd of any given month, your first box will be included in the regularly scheduled shipment for that month. If you subscribe after the 22nd, you will receive your first box in the following month’s shipment.

When are boxes shipped each month?

All boxes are shipped around the 25th of each month. Your box should arrive within an estimated 2-4 business days.

How can I cancel my subscription?

Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. To cancel your monthly subscription, login into your account and select "Edit" under Your Subscriptions. From there you can cancel your subscription. Please note that if you've already been billed for the current month, you'll still receive this month's box and your cancellation will be effective for the next billing cycle. 

How do I receive a refund?

Due to the personal nature of bath and body care products, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds. However, if the box or any of the products were damaged during shipment please contact us at and we will work with you to solve any problems.
